Formally, we are DEK and Mavericks Green Energy Limited, but to our clients, we are a trusted EPC partner for integrated green energy and power solutions. Green energy isn’t just a trend for us it’s a complex engineering challenge we’ve been solving since 2021. With over 900+ MWp of solar capacity already under our belt, we don’t just “consult.” We do the heavy lifting. From identifying the best land to secure approvals to the final electrical commissioning and maintenance, we own the whole lifecycle. Founder & Managing Director
As the Managing Director and a founding member of the group, Ajay Puransingh Rawat steers the company’s strategic vision and overall growth. A Mechanical Engineer from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, he brings over 25 years of multi-sector expertise from global corporations to the green energy landscape.

Mr. Rawat works at the intersection of corporate governance and client partnership, ensuring that the company’s reputation for high-quality, customer-centric solutions remains unmatched. Under his leadership, DEK & Mavericks has evolved into a culture of excellence, where technical innovation meets ethical, value-driven execution.

Vendhan Mudailar

Founder & Whole-time Director
Vendhan Ganesan Mudaliar, a Whole-Time Director and founding member of the group, is the driving force behind the company’s operational excellence. With a Bachelor of Science from Gujarat University and more than two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and telecom sectors, he brings a disciplined, multi-disciplinary approach to project delivery.

Mr. Mudaliar is responsible for the seamless execution of the company’s business operations, ensuring that every project adheres to the highest benchmarks of safety and precision. His leadership is defined by a commitment to meticulous planning, which has been instrumental in scaling the company’s success since day one.

Sona George Olikara

Non-Executive Director
Sona George Olikara, a Non-Executive Director and founding member of the group, serves as the primary architect for the company’s technological and innovation strategies. With a background in Engineering and an MBA from SIMS, he leverages over 23 years of IT leadership to modernize how the company delivers power solutions.

Having worked extensively across the Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors, Mr. Olikara ensures that the firm remains at the forefront of the digital era. His role is pivotal in implementing technology-led execution, ensuring that every project is not only efficient but also future-proofed against the evolving demands of the global energy market.

Ajay Vyas

Independent Director
Ajay Vyas serves as an Independent Director, bringing over three decades of profound banking and governance expertise to the company. Formerly the Executive Director of UCO Bank and a senior leader at the Central Bank of India, Mr. Vyas has managed diverse portfolios ranging from transaction banking and new initiatives to large-scale credit operations. His career is marked by significant board-level contributions to institutions like the Central Warehousing Corporation, where he honed his skills in strategic oversight and institutional compliance.

With a dual background in Civil Engineering and Management, Mr. Vyas provides the critical financial perspective and ethical governance required to support the company’s sustainable growth and long-term stability.

Ranjana Tripathi

Independent Director
Ranjana Tripathi is an Independent Director and a seasoned corporate strategist with over 23 years of expertise in business development and executive coaching. Lalji Goltar

Director Sales
Lalji Goltar is a Director of Sales, a Company Promoter, and a founding member of the group who brings a powerful blend of market strategy and on-ground operational expertise. With an MBA in Marketing and over 15 years of experience in high-velocity sectors like Telecom and FMCG, he is the driving force behind the company’s business development and client relations.

Unlike traditional sales leaders, Mr. Goltar maintains a hands-on presence at project sites, collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that every commitment made during the sales process is flawlessly executed. His dedication to seamless delivery and client-centric solutions has been fundamental to the group’s reputation for reliability.

Wali Akhtar Khan

Sr Vice President - Business Operations
Wali Akhtar Khan brings a rare combination of military precision and corporate strategic depth to the group. A veteran of the Indian Air Force with nearly two decades of service—including critical technical operations during the Kargil War—he embodies the leadership and discipline required for complex infrastructure projects. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Khan specializes in the seamless end-to-end execution of large-scale projects, from planning and resource management to commissioning.

His vast academic background in Engineering, Law, and Management, coupled with senior leadership roles in global procurement and business operations, ensures that DEK & Mavericks projects are delivered with unmatched operational rigour and excellence.

Dipika Modi

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Dipika Modi, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, is the primary architect of the company’s regulatory and ethical framework. An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she brings deep-seated expertise in legal affairs and corporate governance across multiple organizational tiers, from LLPs to listed entities.

Ms. Modi is defined by a proactive approach to risk mitigation and a steadfast commitment to transparency.
