Independance Day Celebration at DEK & Mavericks
This Independence Day, we did things a little differently at DEK & Mavericks Green Energy.
We kicked off with a contest based on “Who Moved My Cheese?” — a fun way to get the team thinking about change and adaptability. Later in the day, we ran an Independence Day quiz that had everyone testing their knowledge of India’s freedom struggle, with plenty of laughs and a few surprised faces along the way.
It wasn’t your typical Independence Day celebration, but it brought the team together and got people talking.
Mercom India Renewables Energy Summit
We had the opportunity to participate as exhibitors at this year’s summit, and it was a fantastic experience. We showcased our work, connected with industry peers, potential partners, and customers who are driving the renewable energy transition.
The conversations were rich and insightful, we learned about where the market is heading, what challenges the industry is facing, and how companies like ours are contributing to India’s clean energy goals. Being part of this event reinforced our commitment to the sector and gave us a clearer picture of the opportunities ahead. It was energising to be surrounded by people who are as passionate about sustainable energy as we are.
International Yoga Day Celebration at DEK & Mavericks
Our team at the Head Office came together to celebrate International Yoga Day with an energizing and rejuvenating session dedicated to mindfulness, movement, and overall well-being.
The session brought employees together to take a break from their daily routines and focus on their physical and mental health. Guided through a series of stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and simple yoga postures, participants experienced the benefits of improved flexibility, relaxation, and inner balance.
The celebration served as a meaningful reminder that wellness is not just a personal priority but also an important part of creating a positive and productive workplace.

At the Fluxx Conference Asia 2026, our Managing Director Mr Ajay Rawat was nominated in the Continental Awardee category and successfully won the honor. Inter Solar India 2026
DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited participated in Inter Solar Expo 2026, held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, engaging with industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders from across the renewable energy ecosystem. Client visit from Botswana
We had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Umesh Loona to the DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited office. Mr. Loona serves as the Special Representative & Economic and Trade Advisor to the President (India Desk), Republic of Botswana.
During his visit, we engaged in insightful discussions around clean energy, potential areas of collaboration, and the expanding role of solar power in driving sustainable development across regions. We truly appreciated the time he spent with us and the opportunity to exchange perspectives on advancing a shared vision for a sustainable future.
Blood Donation Camp
On the occasion of our Foundation Day, we organized a Blood Donation Camp at our office as part of our commitment to social responsibility and community well-being. The camp was conducted in collaboration with Prathma Blood Centre and witnessed enthusiastic participation from our employees. The initiative aimed to promote the importance of voluntary blood donation and contribute to saving lives. With the support of the medical team from Prathma Blood Centre, the camp was carried out smoothly, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all donors.
This initiative reflected our belief in giving back to society and marked our Foundation Day with a meaningful cause.

Our Managing Director, Mr. Ajay Rawat, participated in a panel discussion hosted by Saur Energy International Magazine, held at Regenta, The World, Surat.
During the session, he shared insights on the ideal regulatory and policy roadmap for India’s solar sector, highlighting the need for clear policies, simplified regulations, and long-term frameworks to accelerate solar adoption and ensure sustainable industry growth.
